Terms of Service

HSC Command Centre is a study tracking and planning tool for NSW HSC students, operated by HSC Command Centre Pty Ltd ("HSC Command Centre", "we", "us"), a company registered in Australia. When you use the service or purchase a subscription, you are contracting with HSC Command Centre Pty Ltd. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to NESA, UAC, or any school or university.

HSC Command Centre Pty Ltd owns all intellectual property in the service, including the software, interface design, ATAR model, documentation, name, logo and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own study within the plan you have selected. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or circumvent technical limits of the service.

You keep ownership of the data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the data you enter. Do not use the service to harass other students; social features can be withdrawn from accounts that misuse them.

The ATAR estimator produces a modelled range from the marks and ranks you enter, using approximate scaling data. It is not a prediction, a guarantee, or an official result. Actual ATARs depend on statewide cohort performance and moderation that no external tool can observe. Do not make enrolment or study decisions on the estimate alone.

Pro is a recurring subscription costing A$9.99 per month. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Upgrade page in your account; cancelling stops future charges and your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Pro includes one ATAR recalculation every 30 days. Additional recalculations can be purchased individually as one-off items and are not part of the subscription. We may change the subscription price, and will tell you before a change applies to you.

Payments, invoicing, tax and refunds are handled by Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders and provides customer service enquiries and returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase.

We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or remove features, and will not remove a paid Pro feature without offering an equivalent.

To the extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
